Description

Installation of hardscape and landscaping in the Holly Springs Town Center pursuant to plans dated August 25, 2023, prepared by Foresite Group including phasing plans and revisions through March 2026. All plant material shall be installed pursuant to the City of Holly Springs Tree Ordinance (ORD-19-2017) as attached in Exhibit A. Root barriers are required for trees planted along public sidewalks or curbing as shown in STD. L-8 of the City of Holly Springs Landscape Standards Index Exhibit B. Holly Springs Town Center Hardscape & Landscape Construction Documents Exhibit C, Holly Springs Town Center Hardscape & Landscape Project Manual Exhibit D, Town Center Hardscape & Landscape updated plan schedule Exhibit E, Holly Springs Parking Deck Hardscape & Landscape plans Exhibit F are also included in this project packet.
