Monument Preservation and Maintenance Services - Event No. 12188

Description

The City of Savannah is requesting Statements of Qualification for monument preservation and maintenance services for the Historic Parks and Squares and other historic properties as needed. Pre-qualification is mandatory for all contractors who wish to submit bids on this project. Electronic responses will be received through the City of Savannah Procurement and Contracts Division supplier portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, August 4, 2026. Only electronically submitted proposals will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at Floyd Adams Jr. Complex (Room 202), 20 Interchange Court, Savannah, GA 31415 to address any questions and or issues that may arise. You are invited to attend. Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered.
