Description This project consists of modifications of the existing Warhawk Fieldhouse to a new SRO Office building. The area of the renovated building is approximately 7000 sq. ft. Exterior renovations include re-roofing, replacing metal fascia, soffit panels, gutters and downspouts and cleaning existing walls & canopy. The interior of the building will be demolished and a new office layout with metal stud gypsum walls, restrooms, kitchen areas, new storefront entry doors and new windows. Site work to include removal of existing football grandstands, new parking areas, dumpster pad, sidewalks, entry canopy, fencing and landscaping improvements. Provide new plumbing, mechanical and electrical work to support the completed office.
