The City of Savannah is accepting proposals from qualified firms through the Procurement and Contracts Division supplier portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, August 11, 2026. The names of the respondents will be read aloud. Only electronically submitted proposals though the supplier portal will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. A pre-proposal meeting has been scheduled for 10:00 AM on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at Floyd Adams, Jr. Complex (Room 104), 20 Interchange Drive, Savannah, GA 31415 to address any questions and/or issues that may have arisen. You are invited to attend. Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
