2026-2 Disaster Debris Removal and Monitoring

Candler County is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified firms to provide standby disaster debris removal services and standby disaster debris monitoring and grant management services. These services will be activated on an as-needed basis following natural or man-made disaster events. This single RFP will result in two separate contract awards: Contract A: Disaster Debris Removal Services Contract B: Disaster Debris Monitoring & Grant Management Services Proposers may submit for one or both contracts.
