Government Estimator Contract Services ¿ (State-funded) The following information applies to the 2 statewide contracts that will be awarded. Any engaged member of the Prime Consultant ultimately awarded each project/contract would be exclusive to owner and be excluded from competing on any team for any future GDOT Design-Bid-Build contracts during the life of the contracts. A sub-consultant of a Government Estimator contract will be exclusive to the owner and be excluded from future GDOT Design-Bid-Build contracts during the life of the contract, unless released by the Department at its own discretion. NOTE: THIS IS NOT A BID. THERE WILL BE NO AWARD.
