Description

Purpose of Procurement Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide Enterprise Academic Scheduling and Resource Management Software to the Savannah State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP. Savannah State University seeks one qualified supplier to provide, implement, configure, train, and support an enterprise scheduling and academic resource management software solution for the University. The contract will be for one (1) year with four (4) potential renewals. The award will be made to a single supplier that provides the highest overall score through technical and cost evaluation.
