GEFA Prequalification of Energy Service Providers

Description

The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) is inviting, on an ongoing basis, Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from Energy Service Providers (ESPs) capable of developing, implementing, and installing Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) for State Agencies. This RFQ is intended to identify responsible ESPs that meet or exceed the identified requirements contained herein and to be placed on the list of prequalified ESPs. Any ESPs added by this RFQ will be on the list through March 15, 2027, which is the last day of the three-year term. GEFA may remove an ESP from the Prequalification List at any time that the Authority determines the ESP fails to meet the criteria for continued inclusion. GEFA may also add ESPs to the list at any time.
