Description

Fulton County, Georgia "County" seeks a qualified contractor to implement a comprehensive water meter replacement and meter register changeout initiative known as the Commercial Meter Changeout Program Phase 2. This program is a critical component of the County¿s broader effort to modernize its water utility infrastructure and fully transition the commercial service area (Zone 7) to Advanced Meter Infrastructure (AMI). The selected contractor will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing a structured field program that ensures accurate assessment, replacement, documentation, and integration of all assigned commercial meters. Approximately 625 commercial water meters will be replaced, and 45 large meters will receive register changeouts over an anticipated three-month performance period.
