Request for Proposal RFP Item #PZ740-03 Comprehensive Annexation Feasibility and Implementation Study The City of Fayetteville, Georgia RFP Due: Friday, July 31, 2026 @ 2:00 P.M Question Deadline: Monday, July 13, 2026 @ 4:00 P.M The City of Fayetteville is seeking competitive proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a Comprehensive Annexation Feasibility and Implementation Study. The selected firm will evaluate potential annexation areas and provide GIS-based suitability analysis, fiscal impact modeling, infrastructure capacity assessment, and an annexation strategy and implementation plan. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive formalities. Instructions for preparation and submission of the proposal are contained on the City of Fayetteville¿s website, https://fayetteville-ga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx. Any changes to the conditions and specifications of this RFP will be issued through a written addendum published in the City¿s electronic procurement system.
