Request for Qualifications To Provide Engineering Services for Public Infrastructure Improvements

Description

The (City/Town) of Washington requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from professional engineering design firms to provide preliminary engineering, design, permitting, bidding and construction phase services for the City's upcoming water and sewerage system improvements. This solicitation regards projects that may receive federal funding. As such, all responding firms should provide an assurance of their familiarity with and willingness to comply with all federal requirements imposed by the funding agency. These regulations include, but are not limited to, Build America Buy America (BABA), American Iron and Steel (AIS), Davis-Bacon and Fair Labor Standards, Byrd Anti-Lobbying requirements, and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) non-discrimination requirements.
