Description

The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed bids for Valve and Wet Tap Installation Services (Three (3)-Year Multiyear Contract). Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Wednesday, August 19, 2026. Late Bids will not be accepted. Project work includes providing routine and emergency valve and wet tap installation services for the DeKalb County Department of Watershed Management on an as-needed basis, utilizing materials furnished by the County unless otherwise directed. Services include installation on active water mains, trench excavation and shoring, hydrostatic pressure testing, traffic control, site restoration, and related work in accordance with County standards and specifications.
