Explanation - CCS (now GCA) with the introduction of the Procurement Act 2023 and update to FTS do not allow the linking of notices published under the registered Somerset County Council account which was only updated to Somerset Council in Jul 2025. As no new contract award (F03) or modification notice (F20) can be published without linking to a previous contract notice (F02) this current notice is being published at a later date to duplicate previous notices and allow compliance with the relevant procurement law.
