Both councils have indicated a willingness to work together and assess the feasibility of a co-location accommodation solution. This represents a fantastic opportunity for developers to put forward proposals to resolve ICC’s & ES’s accommodation needs. ICC alongside ES, are seeking formal registrations of interest and market feedback from developers to help inform their decision making for their future accommodation requirements.
