RFT - Main Building Contractor for Block 1 AMS combined - ILE Upgrade at Raumati Beach School, Raumati Beach, Kāpiti Coast

Description

The Raumati Beach School Board wishes to upgrade four classrooms in Block 1 with work focussing on DQLS improvements. The proposed scope includes the complete refurbishment of classrooms 24 and 25 which incorporates the creation of new openings and wet areas plus the introduction of internal connection between the teaching spaces with a new sliding glazed door. All classrooms will see the removal and replacement of floor coverings, wall and floor finishes together with light fitting and joinery renewal
