Following the ROI, shortlisted respondents will progress to the RFP stage of the procurement. The successful contractor will be needed to perform the works in the midst of adjacent occupied buildings. They will be sympathetic to the surroundings and work with the University stakeholders to install the relevant mains, structures, fixtures, fittings, removal and/or abandonment of existing mains as well as other minor works.
