The HVAC system in Building 114 is old and obsolete. It has heating function only served through two boilers in B113 plant room. Cooling systems has been retrofitted over the years, and this is not a good practice. We are looking to install a full HVAC system in B114 at Mount Albert campus based on design and specifications as provided in this RFP. This is a turnkey project so the project will require the main contractor to quote for BMS controls, Electrical and any E4M.
