Addendum #002 is included, which provides the Department's written answers to written questions received.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Addendum #001 is included, which revises the Timeline.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------The purpose of this ITB is to secure Responsive Bids from Responsible Vendors to provide custom classification folders to various correctional institutions throughout the State of Florida.If the Bid Sample outlined in Section 4.4 is not included in the Vendor's Bid, the Bid will be deemed non-Responsive.
