The University is seeking Tenders to provide Preventive Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, Remedial Maintenance and Minor Maintenance Project Services as specified in the attached Tender documents for an initial three year term. The University intends entering into two separate agreements for the services and therefore requires that the submissions for each of the Agreements are able to stand alone in terms of the recommended structure, format and pricing and are not reliant on being awarded both the City Campus and Accommodation Buildings Agreements. Should there be a significant benefit available to the University from a combined approach this should be addressed in a separate attached document and not included within the core response to this tender. Please read the instructions in Document A - RFT Instructions for Respondents carefully prior to considering submitting a response. The University notes that respondents must have a significant record of providing Facilities Maintenance services of large scale high rise buildings to be considered for this Agreement and requires the respondent to be the provider of the majority of the services covered by this agreement directly (and is not looking for a model whereby a Management Company coordinates services but does not provide them directly.) Respondents who directly contact University staff involved in the management of these services may be excluded from the process.
