This is for the construction of a new two storey 24-bed Single Living Accommodation (SLA) block at Papakura Military Camp. The first stage will be a Registrations of Interest (ROI) to select a number of Respondents who may be shortlisted / invited to respond to a Request for Tender (RFT). In advance of ROI release, please go to NZDF's e-tendering portal SmartProcure at https://nzdf.bravosolution.com and ensure that your company has a profile set up. This is the portal through which the ROI will be managed, and responses received. The ROI release on GETS will direct all interested parties to SmartProcure. This is the first project in a series of accommodation projects at Papakura Military Camp. Please note that the Papakura Military Camp Accommodation Options Request For Information (RFI) which was advertised in June 2025 relates to the second and third stages of accommodation projects (Papakura Barracks 2 and 3). These projects along with a barracks demolition project will be procured separately in the coming months.
