This Advance Notice of Procurement is being issued to allow potential prime contractors to assess their suitability and to potentially seek and engage with appropriate partners to form consortia if required, and to assist tenderers to be ready to respond to a future formal RFP, estimated to be released to market (pending approvals) in mid-October 2025. We are open to different delivery models: - A single provider delivering both HRIS and Payroll, via an integrated or separate platform(s) - A joint bid or consortium, led by a primary vendor responsible for delivering and integrating discrete HRIS and Payroll solutions.
