Prospective Contractor is required to perform a minimum of 15% of the\nconstruction work. \n\nSCOPE OF WORK:\nThe Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, test equipment, shop drawings, technical manuals, transportation, calculations, and safety, necessary to Replace Floors accordance with VA specifications at http://www.cfm.va.gov/til/specs.asp.
