The statutory authority for this notice is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and set forth in FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. \n\n Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion Repair, Groton (SSGR) intends to award a firm fixed price contract to Woodward, Inc, 1041 Woodward Way, FT. All other responsible sources may submit a capability statement clearly demonstrating the ability to provide the required training in accordance with the specification before 7:00 A.M.
