We are seeking expressions of interest from interested consultants for the proposed Stage 2 design services. Project optioneering has already been undertaken. This contract is required to support the completion of post-optioneering concept design (including required project partnerships and input into business case development). This includes the procurement of engineering, landscape, urban and regenerative design services including co-design and partnership expertise. This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) is the first stage of a two-stage process. Interested participants are required to complete the Response Form issued with this REOI. A maximum of 4 participants will be shortlisted and will be invited to respond to a Request for Proposal. Suppliers having the required experience and capabilities are encouraged to respond to this significant opportunity to work collaboratively with Auckland Council to deliver a significant programme of work. If you intend to participate in this REOI, please submit your completed Participant Acknowledgement Form (attached) by email to the REOI contact person by Monday 13th October 2025. Your completed Response must be submitted electronically to the GETS electronic tender box by Monday 24th October 2025 2 p.m. (NZT).
