In accordance with FAR Part 6, contracts awarded using this authority must be supported by a written justification, and approval will be posted within fourteen (14) days after contract award if the dollar amount meets the threshold. The Government will review all capability statements received by the closing date of this synopsis. The decision not to compete based on responses is solely at the Government's discretion. The information received will be used only to determine whether to pursue a competitive procurement.
