Camp Mabry Parking Lot Expansion

Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, the Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from General Contractors for the Camp Mabry Parking Lot Expansion Project in Austin, Texas. Work includes but is not limited to construction of one (1) New Hot Asphalt Parking Lot, Road Base Parking 2, Road Base Parking 3, and Road Base Parking 4, along with the selective demolition and reconstruction of an existing retaining wall. The estimated Base Cost of this project is $600,000.00 with Proposal Option estimated at $50,000.00. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 10:00 AM CT on Monday, June 29, 2026, OR 1:00 PM CT, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 2200 W. 35th St, Austin, TX 78703. Failure to attend one of the two site visits will result in disqualification of the response. Competitive Sealed Proposals for TMD26-CFMO-0044758 Camp Mabry Parking Lot Expansion will be received by the TMD until 9:00 AM CT, Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at Camp Mabry, Building 37, Austin, Texas 78703.
