EZ108-241183 Pumphouse Catwalk and Ladder Installation – Phase 1 ITQ

Description

Work under this Contract covers the supply and installation of new aluminum catwalks, stairs and a ladder including guardrails, bar grating, ladder cage, connecting elements and hardware required to provide access to inaccessible areas within the basement of the pumphouse at the Esquimalt Graving Dock, 825 Admirals Road, Esquimalt, B.C. This is the first phase (Phase 1) of a two-phase process. The first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all bidders. The second phase, (Phase 2), will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Upon award of a contract in Phase 2, the pre-qualification list resulting from the first phase will expire and will not be used in any other solicitation.
