Description of the Assignment: Mid-Term Evaluation of the Ethiopian Global Basic Observation Network – Systematic Observation Financing (ETH-GBON-SOFF) Project Period of assignment/services (if applicable): Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia Proposal should be submitted directly into the system portal no later than indicated deadline.
