{"description":" NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT \n\n The 128th Air Refueling Wing Mission Support Contracting Office intends to award a Sole Source contract to AECOM Technical Services, Inc., 300 S Grand Avenue Floor 9 Los Angeles, CA 90071, for Code and Criteria Review along with an Option for Type C Services, see attached Sole Source Justification. \n\n \n\n The authority for soliciting a single source is FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C) - The order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order. \n\n \n\n The proposed contract action is Sole Source only . \n\n In accordance with FAR 5.102, the required justification documentation is attached. \n\n This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotation. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit product information in response to this notice by 12:00 PM C.S.T, 10 December 2025. via email to mark.tonkinson.2@us.af.mil. \n\n A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government. \n\n This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
