TIER 1 BID SOLICITATION FOR CONTRACTS AGAINST A SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT FOR TASK AND SOLUTIONS- BASED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TSPS) (TASK BASED) HUMAN RESOURCES SERVICES STREAM 1.2 ORGANIZATIONAL DESIGN AND CLASSIFICATION CONSULTANT CATEGORY OF PERSONNEL - LEVEL 2 (INTERMEDIATE) The Human Resources Services Directorate (HRSD) within the Corporate Services Branch (CSB) is responsible for providing a full range of Classification and Organizational Design advice and services for EX and non-EX positions at HC and PHAC. To alleviate significant and ongoing workload pressures, the organization has identified a need for EX and non EX job description writing, evaluation, and organizational design services. The Supplier must provide expertise in job description writing and classification evaluation/rationale, and/or organizational design. The Supplier must specialize in classification work for Government of Canada’s executive group and/or non-executive groups. This support will assist management in developing new positions, reviewing and updating existing ones, and facilitating reorganizations.
