This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes- it does not constitute a Request for Quotes (RFQ) or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This Notice does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. Furthermore, the Government is not at this time seeking quotations and will not accept unsolicited offers. Interested vendors are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this Notice. All costs associated with responding to this Notice will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this Notice does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if issued. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on https://www.sam.gov. The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) is conducting market research to find potential vendors capable continuing the work of analysis of the rocket launch acoustic through acoustic measurments of launch noise and sonic booms produced by rockets ascents and re-entries IAW Attachment 1_statement of work_Launch Acoustics Monitoring_Draft. \n\n Please review the draft statement of work titled Attachment 1_statement of work_Launch Acoustics Monitoring_Draft. Also, please send in a capability statement. \n\n The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 541690-other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services with the corresponding size standard of $19 million. \n\n \n\n 3.
