The herbicide treatment shall be applied to all vegetation, including but not limited to woody vegetation, invasive plant species, noxious weeds, and/or grasses, on the rip-rap stone around the Hopkinton and Everett Dams, Canal, Weirs, and Dikes and to the vegetative growth in the Hopkinton Dam Spillway and areas of Elm Brook Park. \n\n The areas to be treated include but are not limited to rip-rap stone slope embankments, rock interfaces, roadway edges, concrete structures, inlets, dikes, and spillways around the Hopkinton and Everett Dams as well as wooded areas.
