There are three outcomes for the Harbour Arterial Efficiency Improvements Project, to improve: Access between State Highway 1 Caversham Motorway and State Highway 88. Safety for all transport modes on the route. Access for active transport modes. For Stage 3 - Strathallan Street (Andersons Bay Road to Portsmouth Drive); the DCC wants to partner with a civil engineering / roading contractor that can deliver the outcomes in the most efficient, least invasive way to our key stakeholders and road-users, whilst minimising disruption and delay. Contract programme and construction works methodology must minimise impact to local business stakeholders.
