These services directly support the Directorate of Public Works (DPW). \nThe Government anticipates awarding a five-year Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with an additional six-month option period. The applicable NAICS code is 562112 – Hazardous Waste Collection, and the Product Service Code (PSC) is F107 – Environmental Systems Protection: Toxic and Hazardous Substance Analysis. \nThe Government seeks to identify small businesses with the capability, experience, and resources necessary to perform hazardous waste operations at APG. The APG HW Program is responsible for tracking, collecting, storing, and disposing of installation-generated hazardous waste. To support this mission, DPW-Environmental Division (DPW-ED) manages two hazardous waste receiving and storage facilities where waste is accepted, consolidated, and stored prior to off-site shipment and disposal.
