Insurance Benefit Consultant FY 2026-2027

Description

The City of Edinburg is seeking proposals for an Insurance Benefit Consultant to review group medical, group ancillary, and group voluntary RFPs to ensure the City is offering the most competitive employee benefit packages while ensuring regulatory compliance. Consultant will act as an advisor for fully funded medical plans providing analysis and quarterly reporting, or a financial advisor for self insured plans. Contingent on health plan, the consultant will provide necessary assistance such as vendor sourcing for third party administrators, pharmacy benefits, and stop loss carriers.
