The International Organization for Migration (IOM) Burundi invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for Long‑Term Generator and Electrical Repair and Maintenance Agreements covering IOM operational sites in Bujumbura, Gitega, Ruyigi, and Makamba. The RFQ is structured into two distinct lots, allowing bidders to apply for one or both lots based on their expertise. Lot 1: Generator‑Related Services This lot covers the preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, and servicing of diesel generators installed at IOM sites. The scope includes routine inspections, troubleshooting, emergency repairs, and the supply of generator spare parts and consumables, particularly diesel generator components such as oil filters, to ensure reliable and continuous power generation. Lot 2: Electrical‑Related Services This lot focuses on electrical repair and maintenance services for IOM facilities, including electrical installations, internal wiring, power distribution systems, switchboards, and associated electrical infrastructure. Services encompass preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, fault diagnosis, emergency interventions, and safety compliance to guarantee a stable and secure electricity supply. Through this RFQ, IOM seeks to establish long‑term agreements with competent and experienced service providers capable of supporting operational continuity and infrastructure reliability. Successful suppliers will contribute directly to IOM’s ability to deliver essential humanitarian services effectively across all designated locations in Burundi.
