Please note: suppliers do not need to be able to service all three offices and can submit a response to as many or as few sites as they would like. The scope of this procurement activity covers: • Provision of cleaning services for the three office locations • Cleaning products to carry out the cleaning services, where required • Management of consumables; refilling dispensers (hand soap, body wash, toilet roll & paper towels) and proactively monitoring and reporting of stock levels • Deep cleaning of kitchen and bathroom facilities Out of scope • Provision of hygiene related services (sanitary bins, nappy bins etc.) • Pest control services • Managed first aid kit services • Provision of consumables which are covered by the All of Government Office Supplies contract • Provisions of waste management services (except for the Christchurch office) We require office cleaning services for our 3 sites (Wellington, Hamilton and Christchurch).
