This is a single stage RFP. This flagship initiative will support regional cooperation in Southeast Asia through a flexible, responsive mechanism jointly managed by New Zealand and ASEAN. We are seeking a supplier to design, establish, and manage the Fund, including its operational office and delivery mechanism. The successful supplier will be responsible for fund administration, project management, and reporting, and must demonstrate strong capability in managing regional development initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to New Zealand’s strategic engagement in Southeast Asia and deliver impactful development outcomes across the region.
