The “Waihi Beach WWTP Upgrade” will involve the re-instatement of the Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) as well as the installation of new inlet works and a dewatering plant. Western Bay of Plenty District Council (Western Bay) wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to submit a Registration of Interest (ROI), and following evaluation, up to four shortlisted Respondents will be invited to submit a full proposal in response to a Request for Tender (RFT).
