{"description":" The Department of Commerce, National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), on behalf of the Office of Facilities and Property Management (OFPM), intends to contract on a sole source basis, with Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) to provide water and waste water utility services for the NIST campus in Gaithersburg, Maryland. WSSC is the only provider of such services in Montgomery County which serves Gaithersburg, Maryland. NIST has a present and continuing requirement for water and sewer services for the daily operations of the campus. \n\n \nFAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
