Description

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada for the acquisition and implementation of a commercial off-the-shelf software solution specifically developed for the comprehensive management of intellectual property (IP). The solution must provide integrated support for the full IP lifecycle, including invention disclosure, protection (e.g., patents, plant breeders' rights), licensing, management of agreements, royalty tracking, compliance monitoring, data analytics, and reporting.
