Advanced Notice - Hamilton Fitout Project

Inland Revenue is looking to consolidate its two sites at Te Rapa, Hamilton into one to optimise our property footprint at this location. This will involve the completion of fitout works of the existing building at Home Straight on the ground floor and minor conversions across Levels 1 and 2. We are in the design process and will be looking to engage a Construction Main Contractor through an open Registration of Interest (ROI), followed by a closed Request for Proposal. We expect to release the ROI early October 2026 with expected construction works to start in July 2027. We are looking for suitably qualified and experienced construction main contractors to undertake the works at Home Straight.
