The property is most commonly vehicles (car, bikes, boats etc), but can be other small goods like jewellery and designer handbags. The service is required nationally and must adhere to strict timelines and requirements set out in both the District Court Act 2016 warrant to seize property (for civil debt) and the Summary Proceedings Act 1957 (for unpaid fines). We are seeking a provider who can offer the full end-to-end service, rather than only storage or only auction services.
