As a result, the Government is unable to provide adequate responses to vendor questions related to system configuration, equipment details, and operational requirements.\n\nDue to these uncertainties, proceeding with the solicitation would not allow for fair and accurate competition.\n\nThe Government intends to reassess the requirement, locate and verify the existing system, and obtain the necessary technical information.
