This solicitation is a re-tender of the previous requirement and is limited to bidders who attended the mandatory site visit under the original solicitation. Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is seeking offers for a Hybrid Task Authorization (TA) Contract for janitorial services in accommodation facilities at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta. The contract includes both firm-scheduled requirements and “as-and-when-requested” services. The resulting contract will be for a period of three (3) years, with two (2)additional one-year option periods. Canada will declare offers non-compliant if the mandatory site visit is not attended. This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to suppliers of an applicable trading partner.
