The Contractor shall provide preventative maintenance, technical support, repair services, and autoclave chamber cleaning to keep the units functioning in accordance with the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Standards, at the Marion campus at 1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953, and located at the Fort Wayne campus at 2121 Lake Avenue, Fort Wayne, IN 46805, for the period of December 1, 2025 through November 30, 2026 with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of this contract. A determination not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government.
