Description

This Request for Proposal (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the National Capital Commission (NCC) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for progressive design-build services for the Lady Grey Drive Site Redevelopment (“Lady Grey”), located in Ottawa, ON. The design-build services include planning, design and construction services for the Project using an innovative, collaborative, and organized project delivery methodology known as Progressive Design-Build (PDB) and as described in this RFP.
