This solicitation of offers is open only to Canadian suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner. Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. Canadian Heritage has a requirement for Canada flag (outdoor usage) in accordance with the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) Standard CAN/CGSB-98.1-2023.
