The Contract Works required are: The Contract Works required are: Block 1: Replace membrane roofing including substrate repairs if required. Replace damaged iron roofing. Block 2: Replace membrane roofing including substrate repairs as required. Internal gutter replacement. Heat-pump bracket replacement. Block 3: Replace membrane roofing including substrate repairs as required. Repaint roofing area. New iron roofing & Internal gutter. Heat-pump bracket replacement. New back flashing. Block 5: Paint membrane roofing. Replace iron roofing, including timber repairs as required. Replace skylight lid. Block 8: Replace iron roofing, including any defective timberwork before new roofing installed. Remove and replace spouting. All tender documentation and necessary information attached. Contractors MUST visit site for tender to be compliant. Contact School Office to arrange a site visit. Refer to invite letter attached. Ideally dependent on MoE funding approval this work would start as soon as possible after confirmation provided, however this will be discussed with the successfull contractor and school once funding approvals are confirmed.
