The repairs will include the removal of all existing pavers, stones, and sunken areas in the walkways and stairways, followed by their replacement with non-slip floor tiles. Additionally, the project will include repairing the storm drainage system and meeting safety requirements by installing handrails as per below scope of work (SOW).
